Regarding the PATEN family - I note you have Harriet Paten bur there in 1861.  Her husband was John - however you have him as a Book Maker in 1856.
He and his family only arrived in Brisbane in 1858 abod the "Irene".

son of James William Patten and Betty Fenner
married Harriet nee Arnott/ Harnett/ Alnutt (1803-1861) in Aylesbury in 1825,
9 children. 
Harriet daughter of Paul Allnutt and Ann
bur Paddington Cemetery (1844-1875 North Brisbane Burial Ground – Lang Park/Suncorp Stadium).

They came from Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire in 1858 aboard the Irene, with some members of their family (Jesse, Emma, Phillip and his wife Elizabeth). 
At the first sale of 19 portions of land at the Gap, they purchased 45acres (18ha) of land in County of Stanley and parish of Enoggera on 14 Sep 1858 in conjunction with son Phillip John Paten "near the confluence of Enoggera and Fish Creeks   . . ."  SUR/4 101517 241 Z318 Lot 6.
This land now occupied by Gap High, Gap Village Shopping Centre and Gap Sports Grounds. In 1864 PJ sells land SCT/U4 94877.  
The offspring left in Buckinghamshire were: Priscilla (1833-1911 who later joined them); Patty and Martha (1826-1902); William Henry (who later joined them).
